Pilates is a form of exercise and body conditioning that involves a series of exercises that highlights precise movements, controlled breathing, strengthens muscles INCLUDING core, enhancing muscle tone, balance, coordination and stability while making you flexible.

You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.

Experience personalized attention with our one-on-one Pilates sessions and/or Physiotherapy treatment sessions. Our expert instructors and Physiotherapists will create a customized plan tailored to your individual goals and condition.

Semi-Personal Classes

Enjoy benefits of a private class with a friend, workout partner, spouse or family! We can create semi-private class groups of 2-4 to achieve fitness goals together.

Group Classes

Be part of a group with up to six individuals- stay motivated and still receive individualized attention from our skilled instructors and Physiotherapists. These classes provide an engaging and supportive environment while exercising with other Pilates enthusiasts!
